Parental Rights
- Passed the Homeschool Freedom Act (2025)
- Allows homeschool families to educate their children without government surveillance of curriculum choices.
- Strengthened and passed SF0009 (2024)
- Requires schools to keep parents in the loop about their children
- Prohibits classroom instruction in radical gender ideology

Protecting Children
- Strengthened and passed SF0099 (2024)
- Prohibits so-called “gender affirming care” on children, including puberty blocking chemicals and surgeries.

Election Integrity
- Introduced and passed HB0156 (2025) which requires people to prove their Wyoming residency and US citizenship to vote in our elections.
- Only Wyoming residents who are US citizens should decide Wyoming’s future.
- This bill is currently on Governor Gordon’s desk awaiting his signature.
- Introduced and passed HB0103 (2023)
- Stops radical Democrats from meddling in Wyoming’s Republican primary elections

School Choice
- Passed HB0199 (2025), which unleashes real school choice for all Wyoming families.
- Offers $7,000 scholarships to Wyoming kids for use outside the public school system.

Protecting the Unborn
- Historic protections of unborn babies were passed by the WYFC but remain held up in a Teton County courtroom.
- We are committed to protecting all life from conception until natural death.

Restoring the Second Amendment
- The WYFC introduced and passed legislation to repeal deadly gun free zones in Wyoming. The Governor allowed our bill to become law without his signature.

Property Tax & Spending Reform
- We successfully passed a long-term 25% property tax cut for Wyoming homeowners.
